About Us ~ The Artist
Jessie Nunez, a proud New Orleans native, is the founder and designer for j-Nu Creative Works.
A graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta and Portfolio Center, she has over ten years of experience creating printed, interactive and web-based communication for businesses of all sizes. Her work experience includes ad agencies such as Ketchum and Fletcher Martin, working on accounts such as Mrs. Winners and Arby's to in-house designer at Primewire and Gwinnett Daily Post. She has also been a contractor for well-heeled organizations such as Boys & Girls Clubs of America and SeeSeeEye.
Jessie started j-Nu Creative Works to bring her experience and high-end design to small business.
When she isn't creating killer concepts, Jessie pursues her passion for art through drawing and painting. She is a voracious reader of murder-mystery novels, business journals, and trade publications and the Bible. In addition, she enjoys just about every kind of music from jazz to new age to metal. She has also found a new passion for cooking, mainly Spanish and Italian.
